The Mud Hens took on the Columbus Clippers and with plenty on the line franchise-record winning streak chance to move into second place in the IL West all the while keeping pressure on Nashville. Going to the seventh inning still, a 2-1 game but two on for Cody Clemens just back with the hens delivering the base hit off the wall and left John Valente and Zach short both with a score. The Hens took the 3-2 lead in the seventh inning. In the eighth Naylor gets his revenge base hit the center bringing an Oscar Mercado game tied at three and headed to Extra Innings after neither team scores. After neither team scores in the 10th, the rain comes, and then the Lightning game was suspended 3 E3 in the 11th inning. They will resume on Wednesday at 1205 before the regularly scheduled game downtown.
