Sports Nightly Anchor/Multi-Media Journalist
Kyeli Brennan joined BCSN in January 2026 as a Sports Nightly Anchor/Multi-Media Journalist. A Jacksonville, Florida native, she brings extensive experience in sports journalism and media.
She holds an M.S. in Sport Management and a B.S. in Media Communication Studies from Florida State University. At FSU, Kyeli worked with the ACC Network as a sideline reporter and graphics operator, and with FHSAA as a play-by-play broadcaster and reporter. She contributed to Seminole Sports Network as a sponsorship creator/producer and digital reporter. Kyeli also taught TV Interviewing and Hosting and served as a play-by-play announcer for FAMU Athletics. Additionally, she served as the Sports Communication Coordinator for the student-run radio station and as a sportswriter for FSView & Florida Flambeau.
Kyeli’s professional experience also includes internships with the Jacksonville Sharks arena football team as a team reporter and USA Baseball as a broadcast intern. Outside of her sports media career, she launched her own photography business, serving clients in the Tallahassee area.
Kyeli is passionate about building strong relationships within the Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan communities. She loves telling authentic and compelling stories that resonate with viewers. In her free time, she enjoys trying out new coffee spots, playing pickleball, pickup volleyball, and painting.
