Week #3 of high school football is here and it’s time to ask the question…
…Who’s the STRONGEST NLL & TRAC team right now?
Co-host Justin Feldkamp sees Central Catholic’s Fighting Irish in the Three Rivers Athletic Conference as potentially finishing 9-1 in the regular season and have a deep playoff run. While Fremont Ross has shown to be very strong thus far, being undefeated, Central is still looking to be the tougher team.
When looking into the Northern Lakes League, Anthony Wayne is his front runner after having a great start to the season taking down three straight TRAC teams.
GameDay Tailgates Matt Kregel seems to agree with Feldkamp in his favor of Central Catholic and Anthony Wayne. Discussing the Generals, he is impressed with their defense going up against a strong TRAC set of opponents so far.
Regarding Central Catholic, the history of the program shows strength and results and this years team is looking to be one of the best in recent memory. Taking St. Edwards to the end, followed by a pounding to both Cleveland Benedictine and Olentangy Orange, Kregel likes Central Catholic in the TRAC.
